*It's night-time, and outside of Building 6 there is a young-looking gothic lolita vampire and a bed of roses.

Rachel, in an attempt to not get dirty while planting a garden, has been attempting to do the entire thing with spatial manipulation - you might see the dirt itself shift around the roses if you looked long enough. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be going well for her, and the rose "garden" is lopsided and mismatched, and the roses don't look healthy. They're wilting a bit.

And because of this, Rachel is looking all the more irritated and frustrated.

Clearly this is the best time to bother her.*

[Heeey! Building Six is so close to the forest like whoa. You might have a Luffy passing through when he happens to notice her planting flowers! He walks over to take a look at them, and is sort of surprise at just how TERRIBLE it looks. He won't insult the garden right off the bat since she looks like a little girl, but you may hear a few irritating complainant noises.]

[Xander is out for a night stroll--force of habit. He wouldn't call it a "patrol," but it's not like he's NOT patrolling. He has several wooden stakes, holy water, and a cross in his possession just in case.

And then he spots some very suspicious night-gardening, though he doesn't notice that it's Rachel right away.]
