*It's night-time, and outside of Building 6 there is a young-looking gothic lolita vampire and a bed of roses.

Rachel, in an attempt to not get dirty while planting a garden, has been attempting to do the entire thing with spatial manipulation - you might see the dirt itself shift around the roses if you looked long enough. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to be going well for her, and the rose "garden" is lopsided and mismatched, and the roses don't look healthy. They're wilting a bit.

And because of this, Rachel is looking all the more irritated and frustrated.

Clearly this is the best time to bother her.*

[Heeey! Building Six is so close to the forest like whoa. You might have a Luffy passing through when he happens to notice her planting flowers! He walks over to take a look at them, and is sort of surprise at just how TERRIBLE it looks. He won't insult the garden right off the bat since she looks like a little girl, but you may hear a few irritating complainant noises.]

Hnnnn... [And a moment or two later.] Hnnnnn. Do you need some help?

*Ugh, a child. An irritating-sounding one, at that. Rachel is going to do her best to ignore him until he speaks up.* That depends entirely on what you consider "help."

Help with the garden! You look like you need a hand planting the roses.

Don't worry though, I plant stuff all the time in the forest. [Yeah, just none of it grows that's all!]

Well it's okay! All we need is a watering pail and they should still grow!

Roses are roses, not some hastily grown weed. They must be properly cared for, and throwing them in dirt and dousing them with water is hardly proper care.
